ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased from Lux and Glow, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such goods to you within 14 days of our notification.

Standard Shipping $10
Free Shipping for orders over $100
International Shipping $25

Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping couriers do not deliver on weekends or Australian public holidays.

DELIVERY
Lux and Glow chooses to post with couriers as well as Australia Post.
You maintain full responsibility for providing correct delivery details upon check-out. Lux and Glow will not be held accountable for delivery to incorrect addresses resulting in loss of purchase. Please note we only ship to valid residential or home addresses.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, you will be required to collect the item from the post office, news agency or collection point.

RECEIPT OF ITEMS
Lux and Glow strives to ensure that all deliveries are received in perfect condition. If however, you are unsatisfied please contact sales@luxandglow.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will endeavour to correct the issue in a timely manner. The cost of returning damaged or faulty goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS
Lux and Glow does not offer refunds for change of mind. Credits or replacements are only offered in instances where items are faulty, damaged or incorrectly selected by our packing and shipping team. All incorrectly shipped items remain the property of Lux and Glow and must be returned at no cost. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery.

Carefully pack items into the box/parcel, ensuring that it is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original delivery note.
