PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND COLOURS

Images displayed on this web site should be regarded as a guide only. Actual products may vary slightly in their appearance of colour, texture and size. Every effort has been made to correctly colour match product images to actual products.

Please be aware that due to variances in computer monitors, these colours may not appear the same on your monitor as when you receive the goods. We take no responsibility for incorrect colour choices.

We endeavour to ensure that details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Information may be out of date. Although we aim to keep the site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.

Due to the changing nature of product availability and pricing, we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise or change prices without notice.

PLACING ORDERS

Stock quantities do not take into account orders that are already in the system that have not yet been processed (online or physically in store). Orders are processed in order as they are received, so it is possible that an order placed prior will receive priority allocation of the product you have ordered. Inventory discrepancy can also affect stock levels as they are displayed on our website.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.

PAYMENT

For online orders, accepted payments include credit cards Visa/Master card via PayPal. You confirm that the credit card/debit card/PayPal account that is being used is yours.

Ownership of goods does not pass to the customer until full payment is received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund payment to you.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss of goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

Lux and Glow strives to ensure that all orders are received in safely and in excellent condition. Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you will return the goods.

If however, you are unsatisfied with the conditions they were received in, please contact sales@luxandglow.com.au within 24 hours and we will endeavour to correct the issue in a timely manner. The cost of returning damaged goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If no such action is taken, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be obliged to accept any return of the goods at a later date. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at sales@luxandglow.com.au.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the “Content”) is the property Lux and Glow, its affiliates, our partners or our licensors, and is protected by Australian copyright laws. The Content, images, icons, logos, graphics or any other portion of the site may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
